Will the jewellery tarnish or change color?

Our jewellery is crafted with high-quality materials, but like all fashion jewellery it requires a little care. Keep it away from water, perfume and chemicals, and store in an air tight pouch when not in use to keep its shine for a long time.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery all across Pakistan for your convenience.

Returns and Exchanges

What should i do if my order arrives damaged?

We pack every order with extreme care, but items can occasionally get damaged during transit. to help us resolve this, please record a continuous parcel-opening video when you first unbox your order and share it with us on whatsapp within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. This video serves as a proof that the item arrived damaged. Once verified, we will happily refund your product payment.

What are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of Rs 300/- for shipping across Pakistan.

Order Modifications and Tracking

Can i change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by messaging us on whatsapp.

How can i track my parcel?

Once your order is booked, you will receive a tracking number on Whatsapp. You can use that to check the delivery status of your package.
